Our D series air coolers come in three distinct varieties: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining optimal conditions at 0 ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently around -18ºC, providing the perfect environment for preserving meats and fish. The DJ series excels at approximately -25ºC, expertly freezing fresh foods like meat and fish to preserve their freshness.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Our robust shell is crafted from a high-quality steel plate that boasts a low-temperature resistant powder coating, offering formidable resistance to corrosion. For those with specific needs, we offer customization options in aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. To further enhance durability, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage commonly caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray plate features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The bottom of the tray is crafted with a ribbing slope design that accelerates drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum plate, effectively reducing air bypass while boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from efficient internal thread pipes from a top-tier brand, featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our fins boast a classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum design, which dramatically increases air disturbance and substantially boosts the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: The customized high-power fan, equipped with an external rotor, operates seamlessly within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is of Grade F, ensuring unmatched stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Featuring a stainless steel electric heating pipe, this system is meticulously designed with low power and density. Strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan, it ensures a more uniform heating effect, enhancing defrosting efficiency and prolonging the service life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is built to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, while also allowing for easy wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes a thorough cleaning and inspection process, passing a stringent 25bar pressure holding test before it leaves our facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: We offer standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements.
