Our versatile air coolers are designed to meet the diverse needs of various cold storage environments, whether for architectural or constructional purposes. The D series air coolers, comprising DL, DD, and DJ series, cater to different temperature requirements. The DL series is ideal for storage at 0 ºC, perfect for eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at around -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. For freezing fresh foods like meat and fish at around -25ºC, the DJ series is your go-to solution.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells boast superior corrosion resistance. We also offer customization with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The tube plates, made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, minimize internal leakage risks caused by thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring a hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate allows for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with aluminum, reduces air bypass and enhances fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our efficient internal thread pipes, sourced from premium brands, are designed with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered pattern to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Adopting the classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, our design significantly improves air disturbance and enhances heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:The high-power fan, customized with an external rotor, operates efficiently between -40ºC and 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, stability and reliability are assured.
Defrosting:Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe of low power and density, it is strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring safe and easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring reliability and quality.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
