Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted with precision, the shell features a high-quality steel plate, enhanced with a low-temperature resistant powder for superior corrosion resistance. Aluminum or stainless steel options are available for custom preferences. The tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, designed to minimize the risk of internal leakage that can result from thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy maintenance and inspection. The ribbed slope design at its bottom accelerates drainage and prevents both icing and corrosion. The inner tray, elegantly covered with aluminum, reduces air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat exchange pipe: Featuring high-performance internal thread pipes from a premium brand, the heat exchange system boasts an optimized loop with a positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Adorned with classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, these coolers enhance air turbulence, markedly improving the heat exchange capability on the air side.
Fan: Our customizable high-power fans, featuring an external rotor and functioning at temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC, ensure unparalleled stability and reliability. The motor's insulation is classified as Grade F, guaranteeing exceptional performance.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, our defrosting system offers low power yet high efficiency.
