The cold storage panels are consisted by

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, offering superior thermal performance and durability for your refrigeration needs.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a waterproof film and SBS padding to ensure a robust setup.
2. Utilizing galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts for stability.
3. Incorporating a reliable sealant substrate for enhanced insulation.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring a double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray for optimal sealing.
5. Implementing vertical wall panels to create a solid structure.
6. For setups exceeding 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for additional support.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the main beam of the building structure, ensuring the joint of the ceiling panel is parallel to the main beam for seamless alignment.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, using 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, suspended M12 lifting screw, which connects to a C-type Steel keel for a robust framework.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with precision to maintain thermal integrity.
4. Fine-tune the length of the lifting screw to achieve the desired fit and stability.
5. The main joint is treated with a spray of polyurethane foam. The PVC sleeve is foamed to disrupt the cold bridge, while the color steel folding piece is meticulously trimmed for a professional finish.
