Every tube plate is constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, strategically designed to minimize the risk of internal leakage caused by the wearing of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer Water Tray Our innovative outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the tray's bottom enhances drainage efficiency, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. To further boost fan efficiency and improve the defrosting effect, the inner water tray is lined with an aluminum plate, ensuring minimal air bypass.
Heat Exchange Pipe The heat exchange pipes are crafted from high-quality, efficient internal thread pipes sourced from renowned brands. These pipes feature an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
