Their sleek operation can seamlessly adapt to diverse dimensions, catering to your unique needs.
Application Environment: Ideally suited for cold storage and freezer settings. These doors function optimally within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing Strip Material: Crafted with premium EPDM, the sealing strip exhibits remarkable chemical stability, outstanding durability, and exceptional resistance to aging. It is designed to function efficiently across a wide temperature spectrum, from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Engineered with high-quality polyurethane and a comprehensive panel foaming process, the door panels feature a flawless flat appearance and exceptional insulation properties. The panels are available in robust stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and elegant embossed aluminum plates.

Door Thickness Options: Available in multiple thicknesses – 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm – to meet various insulation and structural needs.
Doorframe Material: Constructed with durable aluminum alloy, the door frame exudes a clean, sophisticated appearance. This material choice overcomes the traditional drawbacks of wooden frames, offering enhanced strength and decay resistance. Equipped with innovative self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames require no manual power control.
Guide Rail Device: The sophisticated aluminum alloy guide rail system incorporates a guide wheel and a clamping wheel device. This combination ensures smooth separation of the door from the door frame when opened and a firm press against the door frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
