Product Description

Our air coolers are versatile and suitable for various cold storage facilities, including architectural and constructional types. The air coolers are categorized into three series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series operates at temperatures up to 0°C, perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series functions at around -18ºC, ideal for storing meats and fish. Lastly, the DJ series operates at approximately -25ºC, making it perfect for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, the shell offers robust corrosion resistance. Customizable options are available, including aluminum plate or stainless steel shells. Tube plates are manufactured from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction of the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom expedites drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our efficient internal thread pipes come from a premium brand, featuring an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:The classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins significantly enhance air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, it operates efficiently across a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor’s insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Featuring stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, these are strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan to provide uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the life of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, making it easy to wire and exceptionally durable.
Factory testing:Each air cooler is meticulously cleaned, inspected, and tested to withstand 25bar pressure before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality.
Sheet spacing:Standard values are available in 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse cooling needs.
