The Evaporative Condenser ingeniously utilizes water and air as its cooling mediums. Within the unit, these elements engage in a heat exchange process with the refrigerant gas circulating within the coil. As the gas undergoes this thermodynamic transformation, it is seamlessly converted into a liquid state. Internally, the system is composed of a sophisticated water distribution setup.
This cutting-edge infrastructure includes a condensing coil, advanced heat exchange packing, and a high-efficiency dehydrator. Externally, it is equipped with a water circulating pump, a state-of-the-art electronic water-treatment device, and a robust axial fan. The internal operating pressure remains negative due to the fan's proficient performance. As it functions,
the high-velocity airflow ensures that the cooling water is extensively misted across the
surface of the coils by the meticulously engineered water distribution system. Concurrently, refrigerant gas enters the coil from the upper inlet, getting condensed into a liquid that exits via the lower outlet. This process enhances heat exchange among the refrigerant, water, and air, and the fan's action significantly boosts overall efficiency. The heat absorbed causes the temperature of the cooling water and air to rise rapidly, leading to the vaporization of some water, which is then expelled as steam by the fan, effectively dissipating substantial heat. Concurrently, steam in the hot air is reclaimed into
the reservoir, while the water that hasn't vaporized descends into the reservoir, ready to be recirculated. The water level within the reservoir is automatically regulated by a float ball valve, ensuring timely compensation for any water lost to the atmosphere.
