Our D air coolers are offered in three distinguished series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining optimal conditions at 0 ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently around -18ºC, catering to the storage of meats and fish. For those requiring freezing capabilities, the DJ series excels at approximately -25ºC, preserving the freshness of meats, fish, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, this shell is treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, boasting exceptional corrosion resistance. For bespoke needs, aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates are constructed from robust 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, significantly reducing the risk of internal leakage due to the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features an innovative hinged lap design, streamlining inspection and maintenance tasks. A ribbing slope design at the bottom expedites drainage, mitigating risks of icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, bolstering fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing an efficient internal thread pipe from a premium brand, this design incorporates an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered layout to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Inspired by the classic European style, the sinusoid corrugated aluminum fin design significantly enhances air turbulence, thereby boosting the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Featuring a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, capable of operating within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe that boasts low power and density. Strategically arranged within the coil and on the inner water pan, this setup ensures uniform heating, enhancing the defrosting effect and extending the electric heating pipe's service life.
Electrical junction box: A specially customized electrical junction box that is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also allowing for straightforward wiring.
Factory testing: Every air cooler is meticulously cleaned and inspected, undergoing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test prior to delivery, ensuring top quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, these options cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements, offering flexibility to suit diverse applications.
Different refrigerants: Engineered to accommodate a variety of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, R22, and more, meeting the diverse needs of modern refrigeration systems.
