Our D series air coolers are categorized into three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is optimized for environments around 0 ºC, making it ideal for the storage of eggs and fresh vegetables. The DD series is tailored for settings around -18ºC, perfect for preserving meats and fish. For ultra-cold requirements, our DJ series excels at approximately -25ºC, efficiently freezing fresh foods such as meats and seafood.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from superior-quality steel plate, our shell is treated with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, ensuring exceptional resistance to corrosion. We also offer customizable options with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates to significantly reduce the risk of internal leaks due to wear from the copper tubes' heat exchange process, accommodating thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our double-layer water tray features an outer plate with a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. An aluminum plate covers the inner tray, minimizing air bypass and enhancing fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our system incorporates a refined loop with a positively staggered triangle design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our European-inspired sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins enhance air disturbance and substantially increase the heat exchange capacity on the air side, ensuring superior performance.

Fan: Our fans are custom-crafted with high power and feature an external rotor, operational in temperatures from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is classified as Grade F, guaranteeing both stability and reliability for demanding conditions.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes characterized by low power and density, our defrosting system is meticulously arranged within the coil and inner water pan. This ensures a uniform heating effect, boosts the defrosting capability, and extends the lifespan of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our electrical junction box is specially customized to resist water, fire, and high voltage, offering convenience and safety in wiring.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, including a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test, ensuring premium quality and reliability before dispatch.
Sheet spacing: Choose from our standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, tailored to accommodate diverse temperature and humidity specifications.
