Product Description

The cold storage panels are expertly composed by
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane layer, ensuring optimal insulation.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a waterproof film paired with SBS padding for enhanced protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fixed with expansion bolts.
3. Integrate a sealant substrate for superior sealing.
4. Apply pre-installed board seam sealant with double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray in the middle for added stability.
5. Install vertical wall panels with precision.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and secure with quick mushroom nails for robust support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Define the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction according to the building's main beam structure, ensuring panel joints parallel the beam for seamless integration.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, using 6 # channel steel and fixtures for suspension beams, alongside suspended M12 lifting screws, connecting seamlessly to C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with care.
4. Precisely adjust the lifting screw length for optimal alignment.
5. Spray the main joint with polyurethane foam for excellent insulation, foam the PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and trim with a color steel folding piece for a polished finish.
