Our robust lineup features the D series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series excels in environments up to 0 ºC, making it perfect for the preservation of eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, ideal for storing meat and fish. The DJ series, with its capability to maintain temperatures around -25ºC, is perfectly suited for freezing fresh food items like meat and fish.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel, our shell features a low-temperature resistant powder coating that stands strong against corrosion. We offer customizable options in aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To combat internal leakage often caused by the thermal expansion of copper tubes, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, ensuring durability and efficiency.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative double-layer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope at the tray's base accelerates drainage while preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with an aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, enhancing both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes are crafted from efficient internal thread pipes from a leading brand, utilizing an optimized loop and positively staggered triangle design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Featuring a European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin, this design promotes air turbulence and dramatically boosts the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our fan is a high-powered, customized masterpiece with an external rotor, functioning between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor is insulated to Grade F standards, ensuring both stability and reliability in demanding conditions.
Defrosting: Our defrosting system employs a stainless steel electric heating pipe, strategically arranged within the coil and on the inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, enhances the defrosting effect, and extends the lifespan of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Our electrical junction box is specially designed to withstand water, fire, and high-voltage, offering easy wiring for seamless installation.
Factory testing: Prior to delivery, each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, having successfully passed a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
Sheet spacing: Our standard sheet spacing options of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm are designed to accommodate a wide range of temperature and humidity needs.
Different refrigerants: Our air coolers are compatible with various refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse operational requirements.
