Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer settings, these doors function optimally within a wide operating temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, known for its remarkable chemical stability and outstanding durability. It excels in resisting aging and adapts seamlessly across a temperature spectrum of -50ºC to +50ºC, ensuring long-term performance.
Door panel material: Featuring polyurethane and comprehensive panel foaming for a sleek appearance and exceptional insulation. The panels incorporate stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum for a robust and appealing facade.

Door thickness: Available in a diverse range of thicknesses - 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, to suit various thermal and structural requirements.
Doorframe material: Constructed with premium aluminum alloy for a sleek and sophisticated exterior, these frames offer durability and effectively eliminate the common pitfalls of wooden frames such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames operate without the need for manual intervention.
Guide rail device: The innovative aluminum alloy guide rail, complete with a guide wheel and clamping wheel device, ensures smooth operation by separating the door from the frame upon opening and securing it tightly against the frame and floor upon closing.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
