Application Environment: Perfectly suited for both cold storage and freezer settings, these doors are engineered to withstand a wide operational temperature range from an icy -45ºC to a warm +50ºC.
Sealing Strip Material: Expertly crafted from EPDM, this material is renowned for its outstanding chemical stability and durability. It offers superior aging resistance and adaptability across a broad temperature spectrum, maintaining optimal performance from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Constructed using high-quality polyurethane and overall panel foaming techniques, these doors boast a sleek, flat appearance and superior insulation properties. The panels feature robust materials like stainless steel, color steel plates, and embossed aluminum plates, offering both strength and aesthetic appeal.

Door Thickness: Available in a variety of thicknesses to meet diverse insulation needs, ranging from 75mm to 200mm, including options of 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, and 180mm.
Doorframe Material: Crafted from sturdy aluminum alloy, the door frame presents a clean, sophisticated look and exceptional durability, overcoming the limitations of traditional wooden frames. Innovatively designed with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames eliminate the need for manual power control.
Guide Rail Device: Featuring an advanced aluminum alloy guide rail system, complete with guide and clamping wheel devices. This innovation ensures smooth door operation, allowing the door to effortlessly separate from the frame when opened, and form a tight seal against the frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
