Application Environment: Specifically designed for cold storage and freezer environments, these doors operate efficiently in a temperature range from a chilly -45ºC to a warm +50ºC, making them ideal for diverse applications.
Sealing Strip Material: Constructed from high-quality EPDM, the sealing strip is the epitome of chemical stability and durability, with exceptional resistance to aging. It adapts seamlessly across a wide range of temperatures, maintaining peak performance from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Our door panels are crafted by integrating polyurethane with panel overall foaming, resulting in a sleek, flat appearance that enhances insulation capabilities. They feature self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, providing hassle-free operation without the need for manual power adjustments.
Guide Rail Device: Our innovative aluminum alloy guide rail system utilizes a combination of guide wheels and clamping wheels. This ingenious design allows for seamless separation of the door from the frame when opening and ensures a tight, secure seal against the door frame and floor upon closing.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
