Our D series encompasses the DL, DD, and DJ models, each designed for specific temperature needs: The DL series is ideal for environments around 0 ºC, making it perfect for egg and vegetable storage. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18 ºC, suitable for meat and fish, while the DJ series performs exceptionally around -25 ºC, ideal for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shell is coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, offering superior corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The use of 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy tube plates minimizes the risk of internal leakage caused by the wear and tear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring an innovative hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate allows for straightforward inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design enhances drainage efficiency, preventing icing and corrosion. An aluminum plate covers the inner water tray to minimize air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes, known for their efficiency, are crafted from premium internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design for superior heat exchange efficacy.
Fin: The classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin is engineered to maximize air disturbance, significantly enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our fans are customized high-power solutions with external rotors, ensuring reliable performance across a wide temperature range (-40ºC to 60ºC). With motors insulated to Grade F, stability and reliability are assured.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, our defrosting system boasts low power density, strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan for uniform heating. This design enhances defrosting effectiveness and extends the electric heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box: Our specially designed electrical junction box is resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring easy and safe wiring.
Factory testing: Prior to delivery, each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25bar pressure test to ensure flawless performance.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, our sheets are designed to meet diverse temperature and humidity conditions.
