Our Evaporative Condenser harnesses the natural cooling prowess of water and air as its primary cooling mediums. The refrigerant gas undergoes a transformation within the coil, shifting from a gaseous to a liquid state, facilitated by an intricately designed water distribution system.
The system consists of a condensing coil, heat exchange packing, and a dehydrator, seamlessly integrated with an external setup featuring a water circulating pump, an innovative electronic water-curing device, and an axial fan. The internal pressure is maintained negatively due to the efficient operation of the axial fan. As
the system operates, the robust airflow ensures complete and effective spraying of cooling water across
the coil surface via the sophisticated water distribution system. Meanwhile, refrigerant gas enters through the coil's upper inlet, undergoes efficient condensation, and exits as a liquid from the lower outlet. This entire process, powered by the interaction between refrigerant, water, and air, along with fan support, significantly boosts efficiency. As heat is absorbed, the cooling water and air temperature escalate swiftly, leading to water vapor transforming into steam, which is then efficiently expelled by the fan, effectively dissipating excess heat. Simultaneously, the steam within the hot air is expertly collected into
a reservoir, while the non-gasified water simply descends to be recirculated in the system. The reservoir's water level is meticulously monitored and regulated by a float ball valve, ensuring consistent replenishment for water lost into the atmosphere.
