Application environment: Ideal for use in cold storage and freezer environments. Operating efficiently across a wide temperature range from -45ºC to +50ºC.
Sealing strip material: Constructed with high-quality EPDM, this material offers outstanding chemical stability and enduring durability, resisting aging and accommodating a broad temperature range. It operates effectively in temperatures from -50ºC to +50ºC, ensuring consistent performance.
Door panel material: Crafted using a sophisticated polyurethane foam process, the door panels achieve a sleek, flat appearance with excellent insulation properties. The panels are available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, combining aesthetic appeal with functionality.

Door thickness: Available in a range of thicknesses—75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm—to meet diverse insulation and structural needs.
Doorframe material: The door frame is crafted from premium aluminum alloy, offering a clean, elegant appearance with long-lasting durability. It addresses the shortcomings of traditional wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Furthermore, it features self-regulating temperature electric heating strips that require no manual intervention, ensuring hassle-free operation.
Guide rail device: The guide system, composed of an innovative aluminum alloy guide rail paired with a guide wheel and clamping wheel device, ensures smooth operation. This design allows the door to effortlessly separate from the frame when opened and to seal tightly against the frame and floor when closed, providing optimal security and efficiency.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
