Product Description

Our air coolers are versatile and perfect for various cold storage facilities such as architectural and constructional cold stores. The D series air coolers are divided into three types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for storing eggs and vegetables at temperatures around 0ºC, while the DD series is designed for meat and fish storage at approximately -18ºC. The DJ series excels at freezing fresh foods like meat and fish at around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plates coated with low-temperature resistant powder for robust corrosion resistance, our shells can also be customized with aluminum or stainless steel. The tube plates are made from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance, with a ribbed slope bottom to expedite drainage and prevent icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum plates to reduce air bypass, enhance fan efficiency, and improve defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are made from premium brand efficient internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins significantly enhance air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customized high-power fans with external rotors operate in a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our defrosting system utilizes a stainless steel electric heating pipe with low power and density, strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan for uniform heating, enhanced defrosting efficiency, and prolonged service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction boxes are designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring safety and ease of wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25-bar pressure test before delivery to ensure quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with multiple refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 to meet diverse cooling needs.
