Application environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer environments. Operating temperature range: -45ºC to +50ºC, guaranteeing optimal performance across a broad spectrum of conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, a material renowned for its exceptional chemical stability, remarkable durability, and superior aging performance. With a wide temperature adaptability, it maintains a consistent working temperature from -50ºC to +50ºC, ensuring long-lasting reliability.
Door panel material: Constructed using polyurethane and panel overall foaming, these door panels offer a sleek and flat appearance while delivering outstanding insulation performance. Choose from stainless steel, color steel plate, or embossed aluminum plate for an elegant and robust finish.

Door thickness: Available in a variety of thickness options: 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your needs.
Doorframe material: Utilizing aluminum alloy, the door frame boasts a clean, sophisticated look and enduring durability, effectively overcoming the limitations of traditional wooden frames. Additionally, self-limiting temperature electric heating strips are included, eliminating the need for manual control and ensuring seamless, automatic operation.
Guide rail device: The guide rail, crafted from aluminum alloy, incorporates a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This innovative system allows the door to elegantly detach from the frame upon opening and securely press against the door frame and floor when closed, ensuring impeccable performance.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
