Shell: Crafted with precision, our shell is made from high-quality steel plates adorned with a low-temperature resistant powder coating, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. Tailor your needs with options for aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Every tube plate is meticulously constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy, designed to minimize internal leakage risks caused by thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring enduring performance.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap form, simplifying inspection and maintenance. With a ribbing slope design at the base, drainage is accelerated, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is clad in aluminum, reducing air bypass and amplifying fan efficiency and defrosting capabilities.
Heat exchange pipe: Our heat exchange pipes boast efficient internal threading from a premium brand, complete with an optimized loop and a positively staggered triangular design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
