a robust inner metal plate, a durable outer metal plate, and a high-efficiency intermediate polyurethane insulation layer for optimal thermal performance.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Utilize a waterproof film combined with SBS padding for superior moisture protection.
2. Implement galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, securely fastened with expansion bolts for enhanced stability.
3. Employ a sealant substrate to ensure airtight sealing.
4. Integrate a pre-installed board seam sealant, featuring double-sided groove sealant complemented by polyurethane spray at its core.
5. Assemble the vertical wall panel with precision.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, install wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to maintain structural integrity.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Deliberate the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel in accordance with the building's main beam structure. Ensure the ceiling panel joint aligns parallel to the main beam for coherence.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, including 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, alongside a suspended M12 lifting screw connected to the C-type Steel keel.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate with care for flawless integration.
4. Finely tune the length of the lifting screw to achieve desired elevation.
5. Apply polyurethane foam generously at the main joint, foam the PVC sleeve to disrupt the cold bridge, and finish with a refined color steel folding piece.
