Application Environment: Designed to thrive in cold storage and freezer environments. Operating temperature range: -45ºC to +50ºC, providing reliable performance across a wide temperature spectrum.
Sealing Strip Material: Constructed using high-grade EPDM, renowned for its outstanding chemical stability and exceptional durability. This material excels in aging performance, adapts widely to temperature variations, and maintains a long-term working range from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door Panel Material: Each door panel is ingeniously constructed using polyurethane and is integrally foamed for a sleek, flat appearance and superior insulation. The panel is clad in premium materials such as stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality.

Door Thickness: Select from a variety of thickness options to suit your needs: 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, or 200mm.
Doorframe Material: Embrace the durability of aluminum alloy door frames, offering a clean, sophisticated appearance. These frames overcome the pitfalls of wooden frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames ensure hassle-free operation without the need for temperature control or manual intervention.
Guide Rail Device: The aluminum alloy guide rail, coupled with an innovative guide wheel and clamping wheel device, ensures seamless operation. This combination enables the door to separate smoothly from the frame when opened and press securely against the door frame and floor when closed.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
