an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency and durability.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employ a waterproof film paired with SBS padding for enhanced resilience and protection.
2. Utilize galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, secured with expansion bolts for steadfast installation.
3. Incorporate a sealant substrate to ensure airtight construction.
4. Pre-install board seam sealant, which includes a double-sided groove sealant with polyurethane spray at its core for superior sealing.
5. Fit vertical wall panels seamlessly into place.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, integrate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails for structural integrity.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Define the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction in alignment with the building's main beam structure for precision fitting.
2. Pre-install suspension beam structural components, featuring 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beams, with suspended M12 lifting screws connected to C-type Steel keels for reliable support.
3. Elevate the insulation top plate to its designated position effortlessly.
4. Adjust the lifting screw length to achieve desired height and alignment.
5. For the main joint, employ polyurethane foam application, utilize PVC sleeve foaming to disrupt cold bridging, and finish with color steel folding for a sleek look.
