Air coolers are versatile and can be utilized in various cold storage facilities, including architectural or constructional ones. Our D series air coolers comprise three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is optimal for storage at temperatures around 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series maintains temperatures around -18ºC, perfect for storing meat and fish. The DJ series operates at approximately -25ºC, making it ideal for freezing fresh food such as meat, fish, and more.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts outstanding corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are made from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope design enhances drainage efficiency and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with aluminum plate, reduces air bypass, thus boosting fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing premium brand efficient internal thread pipes with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, we significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our air coolers feature classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, which improve air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor (operating temperature: -40ºC~60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring both stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Incorporating stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. These pipes are strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan, ensuring uniform heating, enhanced defrosting, and prolonged service life.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box boasts resistance to water, fire, and high voltage, ensuring safe and easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25bar pressure holding test before delivery, guaranteeing optimal performance.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements.
