Our air coolers cater to diverse cold storage needs, whether in architectural or constructional settings. We offer three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for meats and fish. Our DJ series is designed for freezing, maintaining temperatures around -25ºC, perfect for fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate and treated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts robust corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The bottom is designed with ribbing slopes to accelerate drainage and prevent icing and corrosion. The inner tray, covered with an aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange pipes are designed with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered pattern to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our air coolers feature classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, which significantly enhance air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan with an external rotor, our fans operate across a wide temperature range (-40ºC~60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes feature low power and density and are strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, improves defrosting efficiency, and extends the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Specially designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, our customized electrical junction box ensures easy wiring and exceptional durability.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning, inspection, and a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacing values of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to accommodate varying temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a wide range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, meeting diverse operational needs.
