Product Description

Our air coolers are versatile and ideal for various cold storage solutions, be it architectural or constructional. The D series air coolers are categorized into DL, DD, and DJ series. The DL series is perfect for temperatures around 0 ºC, making it ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates at approximately -18ºC, suitable for storing meat and fish. The DJ series functions at about -25ºC, making it perfect for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, treated with low-temperature resistant powder for robust corrosion resistance. Aluminum or stainless-steel shells can be customized upon request. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize internal leakage risks from heat exchange copper tube wear due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. A ribbed slope design at the tray bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with an aluminum plate, reduces air bypass and enhances fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizes efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, with an optimized loop and positively staggered triangular design to boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Featuring classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, which significantly enhance airflow disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation is classified as Grade F, ensuring superior stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Incorporates stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. These are strategically arranged within the coil and the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, thereby enhancing defrosting efficiency and prolonging the heating pipes' service life.
Electrical junction box:Features a specially customized electrical junction box that is resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, and allows for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, successfully passing a 25bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Standard spacings available: 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, tailored to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Compatible with various refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 to meet diverse requirements.
