Our versatile air coolers are ideal for a variety of cold storage needs, including both architectural and constructional cold stores. The D series air coolers encompass three distinct categories: DL, DD, and DJ. Each series serves a unique purpose: DL series is perfect for environments at around 0ºC, such as storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meat and fish. The DJ series excels at -25ºC, ideal for freezing fresh foods, including meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast superior corrosion resistance. For customization, aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, minimizing the risk of internal leakage caused by copper tube wear due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring a hinged lap design, the outer water tray plate facilitates easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, lined with aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass and enhances both fan efficiency and defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our heat exchange pipes feature an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins are engineered to increase air disturbance and substantially boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a high-power, customized fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently within a temperature range of -40ºC~60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring outstanding stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are designed with low power and density, strategically arranged inside the coil and inner water pan. This design ensures uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency and extending the lifespan of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is engineered to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while also allowing for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure top quality.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing options—4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm—are designed to meet a variety of temperature and humidity requirements.
