Air coolers are versatile solutions suitable for various types of cold stores, whether architectural or constructional. Our D air coolers are divided into three series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series operates effectively at temperatures around 0ºC, making them perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series excels at approximately -18ºC, ideal for preserving meat and fish. For freezing fresh food such as meat and fish, the DJ series performs optimally at around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell:Crafted from high-quality steel plate and coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell boasts strong corrosion resistance. Alternatively, aluminum or stainless-steel shells can be custom-made. To reduce internal leakage caused by thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy plates, safeguarding the heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer Water Tray:The outer water tray features a hinged lap design that simplifies inspection and maintenance. Its ribbed slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. An inner water tray covered with aluminum plate minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and the defrosting effect.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our pipes feature an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to significantly improve heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins are engineered to enhance air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a custom high-power fan featuring an external rotor, our fan operates within a temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring exceptional stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes, designed with low power and density, are strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures a uniform heating effect, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical Junction Box:Specially customized to be resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, our electrical junction box also allows for easy wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler undergoes meticulous cleaning, inspection, and passes a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch performance.
Sheet Spacing:Standard spacing values are set at 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to different temperature and humidity requirements.
Different Refrigerants:Our air coolers are designed to meet the requirements of various refrigerants including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22.
