The DD series excels at chilling environments around -18ºC, perfect for storing meats and fish. Meanwhile, the DJ series is a freezing powerhouse at -25ºC, ensuring optimal freshness for meats, fish, and a variety of perishables.

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate adorned with a low-temperature resistant powder, our design boasts robust corrosion resistance. Opt for customization with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Each tube plate is meticulously formed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing internal leaks caused by thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray features a hinged lap design, simplifying inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, cloaked in aluminum, curtails air bypass, amplifying fan efficiency and defrosting prowess.
Heat exchange pipe: Harness the power of efficient internal thread piping from a premium brand, featuring an optimized loop with a positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Experience the classic elegance of Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, expertly designed to elevate air disturbance and significantly enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan: Our fans are custom-built, high-power marvels with external rotors, operating smoothly between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unwavering stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe, remarkable for its low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan for a more uniform heating effect, enhancing defrosting efficacy and extending the service life of the heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Introducing our specially customized electrical junction box, designed to resist water, fire, and high-voltage challenges, while offering ease of wiring.
