Our versatile air coolers are designed for a range of cold storage environments, from architectural to constructional applications. The 'D' series coolers include three distinct models: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series is optimized for -18ºC, making it excellent for meats and fish. The DJ series excels at -25ºC, ensuring the optimal freezing of fresh foods like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate with low-temperature resistant powder coating, our shells boast exceptional corrosion resistance. Customizable options include aluminum plate or stainless-steel shells. The tube plates are made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to prevent internal leakage from thermal expansion and contraction wear.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Bottom ribbing slope design enhances drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray is covered with aluminum to minimize air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, our heat exchange pipes feature an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design, significantly enhancing heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our classic Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins significantly enhance air disturbance, greatly improving heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a high-power, customized fan featuring an external rotor (operating temperature: -40ºC~60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring superior stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes are low power with reasonable density, strategically placed inside the coil and inner water pan for uniform heating, enhancing defrosting efficiency while extending the heating pipe's life.
Electrical junction box:Specially customized to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, our electrical junction box simplifies wiring for added convenience.
Factory testing:Every air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning, inspection, and a 25bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure the highest quality.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacings are available in 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to various temperature and humidity requirements.
