The D series air coolers are available in three types: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for environments around 0ºC, making it perfect for preserving eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at temperatures around -18ºC, suitable for storing meat and fish. For extreme cold storage needs, the DJ series is optimal, maintaining temperatures around -25ºC to freeze fresh food such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate coated with a low-temperature resistant powder for superior corrosion resistance, our shells ensure durability. Customizable options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leaks due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray boasts a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. A ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes, sourced from premium brands, feature an efficient internal thread design and a positive triangle staggered layout to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Featuring classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, our design significantly boosts air disturbance and enhances heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our high-power, customized fans with external rotors operate between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor’s Grade F insulation ensures unwavering stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan, our defrosting system ensures even heating, improved defrosting efficiency, and extended service life of the heating elements.
Electrical junction box:Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while offering ease of wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacing options include 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to various temperature and humidity requirements.
