Our versatile air coolers are meticulously designed to serve a diverse range of cold storage facilities, including architectural and constructional types. The D series air coolers are categorized into three innovative series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining environments of around 0 ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18 ºC, making it suitable for preserving meat and fish. Lastly, the DJ series excels at around -25 ºC, ensuring the optimal freezing of fresh produce like meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Our shells are crafted from top-grade steel plates, treated with a special low-temperature resistant powder that ensures superior corrosion resistance. For those with specific requirements, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available upon request. Each tube plate is made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy to significantly reduce the risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes, which is often caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a convenient hinged lap design, facilitating easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope at the bottom ensures rapid drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. Meanwhile, the inner tray is lined with aluminum to minimize air bypass, thereby enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Our heat exchange pipes are built with high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a renowned brand, enhanced by an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:We employ classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins, which significantly boost air turbulence and thus greatly enhance the heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Our customizable high-power fans with external rotors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -40 ºC to 60 ºC. The motor features Grade F insulation class, guaranteeing stability and reliability.
Defrosting:We use stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures uniform heating, superior defrosting, and extends the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box features resistance to water, fire, and high-voltage, making it both robust and easy to wire.
Factory testing:Every air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, including a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and reliability.
Sheet spacing:Our standard sheet spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, allowing customization to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, accommodating diverse cooling needs.
