The D Series includes DL, DD, and DJ models, each tailored for specific temperature needs. The DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0ºC, making it perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, ideal for meat and fish storage. For freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish, the DJ series is optimal, maintaining temperatures around -25ºC.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shell offers exceptional corrosion resistance. Additionally, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available for customization. The tube plates, made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy, are designed to minimize the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction, ensuring durability and reliability.
Double-layer water tray: The outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. Its ribbing slope design accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum to minimize air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:We utilize efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, featuring optimized loops and a positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our fins boast a classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum design, significantly boosting air disturbance and enhancing heat exchange capacity on the airside.

Fan:Equipped with a high-power, customizable fan featuring an external rotor, our fans operate efficiently in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's Grade F insulation ensures superior stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless steel electric heating pipes have a low power and density configuration. Strategically arranged inside the coil and on the inner water pan, they deliver uniform heating, improving defrosting efficiency and extending the lifespan of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction boxes are resistant to water, fire, and high-voltage, ensuring easy and safe wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning and inspection, passing a rigorous 25bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure optimal performance.
Sheet spacing:Standard sheet spacing options include 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, catering to various temperature and humidity requirements.
