The cold storage panels are composed of

an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Protection is ensured with a waterproof film and SBS padding, offering robust resistance against moisture.
2. Secure stability with galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, firmly anchored using expansion bolts.
3. A sealant substrate provides a seamless, airtight finish.
4. Pre-installed board seam sealant ensures complete protection, with double-sided groove sealant and polyurethane spray enhancing insulation.
5. The vertical wall panel is expertly crafted for precision and durability.
6. For structures exceeding 6 meters, installation of wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails assures structural integrity and support.

Suspended Ceiling Panel Operation Method:
1. Precisely determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel, aligning the joint parallel to the main beam for optimal stability.
2. Expertly pre-install suspension beam structural components, employing 6# channel steel and fixture suspension beam, along with suspended M12 lifting screws connected to C-type steel keel.
3. Efficiently lift the insulation top plate to ensure superior thermal retention.
4. Carefully adjust the length of the lifting screw to achieve the perfect fit.
5. Main joints are expertly treated with polyurethane foam, with a foamed PVC sleeve breaking the cold bridge, and a color steel folding piece providing a sleek finish.
