Application environment: Ideally suited for cold storage and freezer environments, these doors can withstand a broad operating temperature range from the frigid -45ºC to a warm +50ºC, ensuring reliability under diverse conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from high-quality EPDM, renowned for its superb chemical stability, this sealing strip offers exceptional durability and resistance to aging. With a remarkable temperature adaptability, it functions flawlessly within a long-term temperature range of -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Engineered with polyurethane and panel overall foaming, the door boasts a sleek, flat appearance and excellent insulation performance. Its robust construction incorporates stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, ensuring both beauty and functionality.

It effectively separates the door from the frame when open and tightly seals it against the frame and floor when closed, optimizing energy efficiency.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
