Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer rooms. Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC, these doors are designed to meet the rigorous demands of extreme environments.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, renowned for its remarkable chemical stability and outstanding durability. With excellent resistance to aging, this material adapts well to a wide temperature spectrum, maintaining a steady working range between -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Our panels feature a seamless blend of polyurethane and an overall foaming process, resulting in a sleek, flat appearance with exceptional insulation properties. The panel materials include high-quality stainless steel, vibrant color steel plates, and durable embossed aluminum plates, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Door thickness: Options available in thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, allowing for tailored solutions that meet diverse insulation needs.

This design overcomes the limitations of wooden door frames, such as low strength and susceptibility to decay. Additionally, they are equipped with self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, eliminating the need for manual temperature control or power adjustments.
Guide rail device: Our advanced guide rail system, constructed from premium aluminum alloy, incorporates a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This innovative setup ensures the door seamlessly separates from the frame upon opening and securely presses against the frame and floor when closed, providing a flawless operational experience.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
