Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate and coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shells boast outstanding corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. Every tube plate is meticulously fashioned from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates to minimize the risk of internal leakage, ensuring durability against the thermal expansion and contraction of heat exchange copper tubes.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with a hinged lap outer water tray plate for effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope bottom enhances drainage speed, preventing icing and corrosion. Our aluminum-covered inner water tray minimizes air bypass, boosting fan efficiency and enhancing defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Featuring high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our pipes are crafted with an optimized loop and a unique positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our classic European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins are engineered to enhance air turbulence, significantly boosting heat exchange capabilities on the air side.

Fan: Our fans are custom-built with high power and feature an external rotor, operating flawlessly in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor boasts a Grade F insulation class, ensuring stability and unmatched reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes, our system offers low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan. This ensures even heating, enhanced defrosting, and a prolonged service life for the heating pipes.
