Product Description

Our versatile air coolers are the perfect solution for a wide range of cold storage needs, from architectural to constructional cold stores. Our D series air coolers include three options: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is ideal for maintaining temperatures around 0 ºC and is perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series, operating at approximately -18 ºC, is suited for meat and fish storage. The DJ series, designed for temperatures around -25 ºC, is perfect for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Constructed from high-quality steel plates and coated with a low-temperature resistant powder, our shell offers exceptional corrosion resistance. For customized needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates are crafted from 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy to prevent internal leakage caused by the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner tray is covered with an aluminum plate to reduce air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:We use efficient internal thread pipes from premium brands, optimized with a loop and positive triangle staggered design to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our air coolers feature classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins, which significantly enhance air disturbance and boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan with an external rotor (operating temperature range: -40ºC to 60ºC) and a Grade F insulation class motor, ensuring superior stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Our stainless-steel electric heating pipes with low power density are strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhance defrosting efficiency, and extend the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical junction box:A specially customized electrical junction box, designed to resist water, fire, and high voltage, while facilitating easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25-bar pressure holding test to ensure it meets our high standards before delivery.
Sheet spacing:We offer standard sheet spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
Different refrigerants:Our air coolers are compatible with a range of refrigerants, including R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22, to meet diverse application needs.
