Application Environment: Perfectly suited for cold storage and freezer settings, these doors operate efficiently within a temperature range of -45ºC to +50ºC. This versatility ensures that our doors can adapt effortlessly to an array of climatic challenges, providing reliable performance.
Sealing Strip Material: Made with top-tier EPDM, these strips excel in chemical stability and durability, offering remarkable resistance to aging. Their extensive temperature adaptability supports enduring use from -50ºC up to +50ºC, ensuring they stand the test of time.
Door Panel Material: Crafted from high-grade polyurethane and featuring a fully foamed design, these panels offer an elegant look and outstanding insulation. With built-in self-regulating temperature electric heating strips, you get effortless operation, free from manual intervention.
Guide Rail Device: Equipped with an innovative aluminum alloy guide rail, complete with integrated guide and clamping wheel systems, this feature ensures smooth, seamless door operation. The door efficiently disengages and presses against the frame and floor for secure closure.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
