The DD series is engineered to operate efficiently at around -18ºC, making it a superb choice for meat and fish storage. Lastly, the DJ series excels at approximately -25ºC, providing an exceptional solution for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fishes.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from superior-quality steel plates, our shell boasts a low-temperature resistant powder coating that ensures robust corrosion resistance. For tailored needs, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates are meticulously crafted from thick 2.0 aluminum alloy plates, significantly minimizing the risk of internal leaks due to the wear and tear of heat exchange copper tubes from thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed with a hinged lap form, the outer water tray facilitates effortless inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, adorned with an aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Featuring an efficient internal thread pipe from a top-tier brand, our design incorporates an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered pattern, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: Our classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin significantly improves air disturbance, amplifying the heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our fans are engineered for excellence with a high-power, externally rotor-based design (operating temperature range: -40ºC~60ºC). The motor's insulation class is Grade F, ensuring unparalleled stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with stainless steel electric heating pipes of low power and density, strategically arranged within the coil and inner water pan, our system ensures uniform heating, enhances defrosting efficiency, and extends the life of the electric heating pipes.
Electrical junction box: Our specially customized electrical junction box is designed to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, and facilitates easy wiring for the utmost in safety and convenience.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes thorough cleaning, meticulous inspection, and rigorous 25-bar pressure holding tests before delivery, ensuring reliability and performance.
