Our innovative Industrial Countercurrent Condenser features a distinctive design incorporating elliptical heat exchange tubes. This construction minimizes refrigerant usage and enhances compactness, effectively reducing the flow resistance of cooling air. The evaporative condenser is engineered to operate at low condensation temperatures, promoting water conservation, energy efficiency, low noise levels, and zero environmental pollution. An evaporative condenser is an exceptionally efficient, energy-saving heat exchange device. It employs a water film sprayed on the exterior of the heat exchange coil to evaporate and absorb heat from the fluid inside. This mechanism facilitates the condensation of the internal fluid. Cold, dry air enters from the lower air inlet, interacting thermally and mass-wise with circulating water descending from above. The cooled medium enters from the upper inlet of the coil assembly, undergoing multiple rounds of heat exchange with circulating water before being expelled from the lower outlet of the coil assembly.
