Product Description

Our versatile air coolers excel in various cold storage environments, including architectural and constructional settings. Our D air cooler series includes DL, DD, and DJ models. The DL series is ideal for environments around 0ºC, perfect for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at -18ºC, making it suitable for meat and fish storage. The DJ series, designed for temperatures around -25ºC, is perfect for freezing fresh foods such as meats and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, treated with low-temperature resistant powder for outstanding corrosion resistance. Customization options include aluminum or stainless-steel shells. All tube plates are constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy to minimize the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction affecting the copper heat exchange tubes.
Double-layer Water Tray: Featuring an outer water tray with a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the bottom accelerates drainage and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray, covered with aluminum plate, reduces air bypass and enhances fan efficiency as well as defrosting performance.
Heat Exchange Pipe:Utilizes efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, with an optimized loop and positive triangle staggered design to enhance heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Classic European-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum fins are used to boost air turbulence and significantly enhance heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor (operating temperature: -40ºC~60ºC). The motor has an insulation class of Grade F, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
Defrosting:Utilizes stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density. These pipes are strategically positioned inside the coil and on the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhancing the defrosting effect and extending the service life of the heating pipes.
Electrical Junction Box:Specially customized to resist water, fire, and high-voltage, this electrical junction box also allows for easy wiring.
Factory Testing:Each air cooler is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and subjected to a rigorous 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery.
Sheet Spacing:Standard spacing options are 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to cater to varying temperature and humidity requirements.
Refrigerant Compatibility:Designed to be compatible with refrigerants like R404A, R507A, R134a, and R22 to meet diverse application needs.
