The D air coolers range includes three outstanding series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for environments at or above 0 ºC and is ideal for the preservation of eggs and vegetables. The DD series operates efficiently at approximately -18ºC, making it suitable for storing meats and fishes in pristine condition. Our DJ series is engineered for extreme cold, maintaining temperatures around -25ºC, perfect for freezing fresh food items like meat and fish, ensuring their freshness and quality.
Product Introduction:
Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, the shell is coated with a low-temperature resistant powder that provides exceptional corrosion resistance. We also offer customization options with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. The tube plates are meticulously constructed from 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, minimizing the risk of internal leaks by counteracting the wear of heat exchange copper tubes due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Ingeniously designed, the outer water tray plate features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom enhances drainage speed and prevents icing and corrosion. The inner water tray is lined with aluminum plate, reducing air bypass and boosting both fan efficiency and the effectiveness of defrosting.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing efficient internal thread pipes from a premium brand, these pipes are engineered with an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design to significantly boost heat exchange efficiency.
Fin: The classic Europe-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin is designed to maximize air disturbance, thereby significantly enhancing heat exchange capacity on the air side.
Fan: Our customized high-power fans, equipped with an external rotor, operate smoothly across a wide temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. With a motor insulation class of Grade F, these fans are a paragon of stability and reliability.
Defrosting: Equipped with a stainless steel electric heating pipe characterized by low power and density, strategically placed inside the coil and on the inner water pan to ensure uniform heating. This design not only enhances the defrosting effect but also extends the service life of the electric heating pipe.
Electrical junction box: Specially customized, our electrical junction box is resistant to water, fire, and high-voltage, featuring an easy wiring process for seamless integration.
Factory testing: Each air cooler undergoes a rigorous cleaning and inspection process, including a 25-bar pressure holding test, to ensure quality and reliability before delivery.
Sheet spacing: Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm, these options cater to diverse temperature and humidity requirements, ensuring optimal performance.
