Our versatile air coolers are designed to cater to various cold storage facilities, whether architectural or constructional. The D air coolers come in three distinct series: DL, DD, and DJ. The DL series is perfect for maintaining temperatures at 0 ºC, ideal for storing eggs and vegetables. The DD series, maintaining around -18 ºC, is suited for preserving meat and fish. Lastly, the DJ series can keep temperatures around -25 ºC, making it perfect for freezing fresh foods such as meat and fish.

Product Introduction:

Shell: Crafted from premium steel plate coated with low-temperature resistant powder, our shell offers exceptional corrosion resistance. We also offer customizable options with aluminum or stainless-steel shells. To reduce the risk of internal leakage due to thermal expansion and contraction, all tube plates are made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy.
Double-layer water tray: Featuring an outer water tray plate with a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbed slope design at the base ensures rapid drainage, preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray is lined with aluminum plate to minimize air bypass, enhancing fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe:Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from top-tier brands, our design includes an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered configuration to maximize heat exchange efficiency.
Fin:Our European-style sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fins are engineered to enhance air disturbance and significantly boost heat exchange capacity on the air side.

Fan:Equipped with a high-power, custom fan featuring an external rotor (operating temperature: -40ºC to 60ºC) and a motor with insulation class F, ensuring stability and reliability.
Defrosting:Featuring stainless steel electric heating pipes with low power and density, strategically placed within the coil and inner water pan to ensure uniform heating, enhanced defrosting, and extended service life.
Electrical junction box:Our specially designed electrical junction box is resistant to water, fire, and high voltage, and allows for easy wiring.
Factory testing:Each air cooler undergoes a thorough cleaning, inspection, and a 25-bar pressure holding test before delivery to ensure top-notch quality.
Sheet spacing:Available in standard spacings of 4.5mm, 6.0mm, and 9.0mm to meet various temperature and humidity requirements.
