Shell: Crafted from high-quality steel plate, our shells are treated with a low-temperature resistant powder, offering exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking customization, we also offer aluminum or stainless-steel shells. Meticulously fabricated, all tube plates are made from 2.0 thick aluminum alloy plates, expertly minimizing internal leakage risks due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our outer water tray features a hinged lap design for easy inspection and maintenance. The ribbing slope at the bottom accelerates drainage and mitigates risks of icing and corrosion. Complemented by an inner water tray, this is lined with an aluminum plate to effectively reduce air bypass, enhancing both fan efficiency and defrosting performance.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing top-tier internal thread pipes from a premium brand, our design incorporates an optimized loop with a positively staggered triangle configuration to maximize heat exchange efficiency, ensuring superior performance.
Fin: Our fins feature a distinguished Europe-style sinusoid corrugated aluminum design, significantly boosting air disturbance and heat exchange capacity on the air side, elevating overall efficiency.
Fan: Equipped with a customized high-power fan featuring an external rotor, operable between -40ºC and 60ºC. The motor is built to Grade F insulation standards, guaranteeing stability and dependability for rigorous conditions.
Defrosting: Our stainless-steel electric heating pipes are designed with low power and density, strategically positioned within the coil and inner water pan to ensure a uniform heating effect, enhance defrosting capabilities, and extend the electric heating pipe's lifespan.
Electrical junction box: The electrical junction box is specially tailored to withstand water, fire, and high voltage, allowing for straightforward wiring, ensuring safety and compatibility.
Factory testing: Every air cooler undergoes rigorous cleaning and inspection, passing a 25bar pressure holding test to ensure unmatched quality before it reaches our customers.
