Application Environment: These doors excel in cold storage and freezer settings, efficiently operating in a temperature range from an extreme -45ºC to a comfortable +50ºC, ensuring reliability under diverse conditions.
Sealing Strip Material: Constructed with EPDM, this material provides excellent chemical stability, impressive durability, and remarkable aging performance. Its adaptability to a wide temperature range, from -50ºC to +50ºC, ensures consistent, long-term operational integrity.
Door Panel Material: The panels, crafted with polyurethane and overall foaming, boast a sleek and smooth appearance along with superior insulation performance. Available in stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, these panels merge aesthetic beauty with practical efficiency.

Door Thickness: Available in various thicknesses - 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm - to accommodate specific insulation needs and structural requirements.
Doorframe Material: The aluminum alloy door frame is designed for elegance and durability, surpassing traditional wooden frames by eliminating issues of low strength and decay. Featuring self-limiting temperature electric heating strips, these frames require no manual temperature control or power toggling, providing effortless maintenance.
Guide Rail Device: Engineered with an aluminum alloy guide rail, this device utilizes both a guide wheel and clamping wheel mechanism to ensure the door elegantly detaches from the frame when opening and securely presses against the frame and floor upon closing.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
