Shell: Crafted from superior-quality steel plate, our shells are treated with a specialized low-temperature resistant powder to deliver exceptional corrosion resistance. For those seeking tailored options, aluminum or stainless-steel shells are available. All tube plates are constructed from robust 2.0mm thick aluminum alloy, expertly reducing the risk of internal leakage due to the wear of heat exchange copper tubes, caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Double-layer water tray: Our innovative double-layer water tray features an outer plate with a sophisticated hinged lap design, ensuring easy inspection and maintenance. The intelligently ribbed slope design at the tray's bottom accelerates drainage, effectively preventing icing and corrosion. The inner tray, clad in an aluminum plate, minimizes air bypass, significantly enhancing fan efficiency and boosting the defrosting effect.
Heat exchange pipe: Utilizing high-efficiency internal thread pipes from a leading premium brand, our system boasts an optimized loop and a positive triangle staggered design, significantly boosting heat exchange efficiency and ensuring superior performance.
Fin: Our system incorporates the classic European sinusoidal corrugated aluminum fin design, dramatically enhancing air disturbance. This innovation significantly boosts heat exchange capacity on the air side, ensuring optimal performance.
Fan: Equipped with a custom-designed high-power fan featuring an external rotor that operates within a wide temperature range of -40ºC to 60ºC. The motor's insulation class is Grade F, guaranteeing stability and reliability under diverse conditions.
