Application environment: Ideal for cold storage and freezer facilities. Operating temperature: Ranges from an impressive -45ºC to +50ºC, making it versatile for various climatic conditions.
Sealing strip material: Crafted from EPDM, renowned for its superior chemical stability and outstanding durability, it offers exceptional aging resistance. Perfectly adaptable to a wide range of temperatures with a long-term working spectrum from -50ºC to +50ºC.
Door panel material: Constructed with polyurethane and panel overall foaming, presenting a sleek, flat appearance. The insulation performance is exemplary. The panel material options include stainless steel, color steel plate, and embossed aluminum plate, catering to diverse aesthetic and functional preferences.

Door thickness: Available in multiple thicknesses of 75mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, and 200mm, allowing for customization based on specific insulation requirements and structural needs.
Doorframe material: Engineered with high-quality aluminum alloy, the door frame is elegantly designed, clean, and durable. It effectively addresses the weaknesses of traditional wooden frames, offering superior strength and resistance to decay. Equipped with self-adjusting temperature electric heating strips, it requires no manual intervention for temperature control, ensuring hassle-free operation.
Guide rail device: The system features a sophisticated aluminum alloy guide rail complemented by a guide wheel and clamping wheel device. This combination facilitates seamless door operation, separating from the frame when opened and tightly pressing against the frame and floor when closed, ensuring impeccable sealing and smooth functionality.

Production Process

Pressed According to the customer's choice of steel coil and the direction of use, after precision instrument rolling, finally formed corrosion resistant, acid resistant, water resistant door type.

Measure Strict calculation, no error according to the customer's choice of length, width and height to customize the size of the door, in this step reflects the spirit of craftsmanship.

Assemble At this step, the door seal is assembled. Our thickness is 75/100/150/200mm, which can ensure the insulation capacity according to the direction of use.

Measure Again Now that the casing has been assembled, the next step is to make sure that the core is insulated with a precise polyurethane feed.

Foam The exquisite mold is waiting for the entrance of the door. In this step, polyurethane feeding will start. We choose Wanhua and B ASF.
