The cold storage panels are consisted by
an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Employing a robust waterproof film and SBS padding ensures superior durability and protection.
2. Galvanized L or U-shaped positioning, firmly anchored using reliable expansion bolts.
3. Advanced sealant substrate for unmatched sealing efficiency.
4. Seamlessly integrated board seam sealant with double-sided groove sealant and a middle layer of polyurethane spray for enhanced insulation.
5. Sturdy vertical wall panel installation for impeccable structural support.
6. For installations exceeding 6 meters, incorporate wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails to maintain structural integrity.

Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Precisely determine the ceiling panel's length and lifting direction, aligning it parallel to the building's main beam for optimal support.
2. Pre-install suspension beam components, featuring 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, along with suspended M12 lifting screws for secure connection to the C-type steel keel.
3. Lift the insulation top plate with precision and care.
4. Finely adjust the length of the lifting screw for perfect alignment.
5. At the main joint, apply high-performance polyurethane foam, with a foamed PVC sleeve to eliminate cold bridges, complemented by a neatly trimmed color steel folding.
